Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and your booking has been approved by us. Until approval, your dates are held provisionally only. The deposit forms part of the total hire charge.

The remaining balance of the hire charge is due in full before the start of your hire period. We will confirm the due date on your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation.

A refundable security deposit is held against the vehicle for the duration of the hire. It will be returned following the safe return of the vehicle in the same condition, less any deductions for damage, loss, excessive cleaning or breach of these terms.

All drivers must be named on the hire agreement, hold a valid full driving licence, and meet the age and experience requirements of our insurance. Additional checks may be required prior to handover.

The vehicle must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle. The hirer is responsible for the vehicle and its contents throughout the hire period.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the hire start date the cancellation is made. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance.

Comprehensive hire insurance is included for named, approved drivers. An insurance excess applies in the event of a claim. Details of cover and excess are provided at the time of booking.

Our liability is limited to the value of the hire charge except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your hire.
